Thank you for finding us. The recruitment agency

Bickmann-Marketing provides skilled workers and

also simple student workers to Germany, Austria and

Switzerland. Below is a brief overview of the process

of mediation:

1.

You tell us via the website or by phone your

contact details and qualifications. You also tell

us which companies and in which industry you

already worked and gained experience. If you

want to work as a student during the semester

break please let us know your holiday dates

and the university you are enrolled with.

2. You can easily send the required information including an application via our website via the inquiry form. Important here are the details of where you have already worked and what qualifications you have acquired. For students, please send us a copy of your enrollment in the respective university. Send us as much information as possible, if possible as image or PDF file. 3. The information sent to us will be evaluated and you will be contacted by our offices. The evaluation can take up to a week to complete as many applicants currently contact us and all applications must be viewed. If you speak English or German, we can contact you sooner. 4. A personal telephone appointment is scheduled with us to discuss further details or to agree with you on further documents needed to arrange a referral. If we need another personal impression, we will try to contact you via Skype. 5. If we have found the right employer for you, you sign the mediation contract with the German recruitment agency Bickmann- Marketing. Your contract contains all terms of contract, pay conditions of the employer and all other important information. Basically, your new employer in Germany, Austria or Switzerland organizes accommodation for you, so you do not have to look after yourself for accommodation. 6. The registered applicants will be presented to the German, Austrian or Swiss company and the company will decide on the applicant. The more detailed your application documents are, the better the chance that the company will decide for you. Subsequently, the company will prepare an employment contract for you and send us the signed employment contract. The contract is handed over or sent only to the qualified professional workers. The Ukrainian student will only be sent the employment contract after the work permit has been issued as it is required for the German authorities to apply. The application is carried out by the recruitment agency Bickmann-Marketing. 7. Qualified Professional Workers must apply for a work permit at the German Embassy in Ukraine with the employment contract and their qualifications. The application currently lasts about 4 to 8 months, and depends on the speed of the authorities in Germany. Ukrainian students who want to work in Germany must complete the enrollment certificate and return it stamped and signed by the university. The semester break must be legible in the certificate. 8. The qualified professional Workers have to wait for the work permit from the German Embassy in Ukraine. Upon receipt of the work permit by the German embassy, ​​a time for arrival must be determined with the recruitment agency Bickmann-Marketing. The coordination with the employer about the arrival date takes place via the recruitment agency Bickmann- Marketing. The recruitment agency Bickmann- Marketing helps you organize the journey to Germany. The Ukrainian students are contacted by the recruitment agency Bickmann-Marketing after obtaining the work permit by the German authorities. This usually takes between 3 weeks - 2 months. Subsequently, we help with the coordination of the arrival date and the organization of arrival and later departure.
